These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 9abon platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Each individual may maintain only one active 9abon account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, using different devices, or using a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited. 9abon employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended, any balances may be withheld, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9abon login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party under any circumstances. 9abon will never request your password through any channel. Any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials is your responsibility. You must notify 9abon immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain cases upon significant deposit activity, 9abon requires users to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS or GSIS ID, or voter's ID). Proof of the payment method used (GCash account screenshot, bank statement) may also be required. 9abon reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PesoNet may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 9abon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network disruptions.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit initiation. 9abon reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits on accounts as part of responsible gaming obligations, fraud prevention measures, or regulatory compliance requirements. Users may voluntarily set lower deposit limits from their account settings at any time.
By depositing funds into your 9abon account, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source, are legally yours to use, and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 9abon is obligated under applicable law to report suspicious financial activity and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). Bonuses are intended for the personal and recreational use of the eligible account holder. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit mathematical advantages, or any coordinated strategy to extract bonus value — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any bonus-derived funds.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account. 9abon accepts no liability for expired bonus funds.
9abon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error that causes a promotion to display incorrect terms or awards, 9abon reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected accounts accordingly.
All games available on the 9abon platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, without limitation, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming. Any unauthorized use of 9abon's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9abon's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9abon account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where material changes are made, 9abon will endeavor to notify registered users through platform notifications, email, or SMS to the contact details held on record. Your continued use of the 9abon platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the standard support channel. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
